We have been committed to establishing rehabilitation initiatives and creating heart patient support networks for over 28 years.
Our members value peer support because it provides hope, role models and motivation to help heart patients manage their conditions.
From Damaged Hearts to Strong Hearts
When individuals affected by heart conditions join our community, they are welcomed by others who have “walked their path”. Together, our members help each other achieve excellent health outcomes.Read the Inspiring Stories of Our Members
