The main way we collect personal information about you is when you give it to us, for example, asking you to complete a membership form or donation form. We may also collect personal information from other sources such as from third party suppliers (eg Telecommunication provider).

Personal member information is collected and used by Heart Support-Australia Ltd, only with member consent, in order to provide the best possible assistance and:
- To assess if members meet Heart Support-Australia Ltd entry and eligibility criteria for specific programs
- For internal and external reporting purposes (numbers in branches only)
- To plan our future programs/ branch requirements
Consent is always sought in using personal and sensitive information for Heart Support-Australia Ltd’s research purposes. This information, however, is always de-identified prior to analysis and individual clients cannot be identified from any research analysis or report.
